I was disappointed that I received $60 in rewards and when I tried to use them for a $500 forever brake job I was told I had already used the 15% off coupon (that Bev Smith sent me) your policy is you can not use the rewards and the coupon on the same repair. I came from the St Louis area and the Toyota dealers there let you use rewards earned like cash. So I’m not sure what good it is to be a rewards member with you.

Waited Just over three hours for a regular service (oil and filter). They said they rotated my tires and they didn’t……. How I know this? I marked my tires this time because last time they did rotated them and it was not the case. This is the Second time this happened. I will find another dealership to my next service..
