Everytime I come in for service I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Happened today when I agreed to fuel injection service. I was told that Toyota recommends it but there is noention of that in any of the manuals that came with the car. I've come to the conclusion that this is Bev Smith's way of offsetting the "free" Toyota Care.

I’m hoping but the next 5k miles the car wash will be completed. Other dealerships I’ve gone to always have a complimentary car wash and quick clean of the interior. I miss that….. otherwise, no complaints. I gave the extremely satisfied because it’s not the employees fault the wash bays/cleaning bays aren’t yet completed.

It should have not taken 2 hours to plug one tire.. then once I leave the tech inflated the tire to 41psi when it should be at 32psi like the rest.. this may be my last visit..b
