The service was ok, Kim was very friendly as always but the appointment service is terrible. To wait for 2 hours for a simple oil change is unexceptable, even considering the construction situation which the service has to consider making the appointments. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

The wait was about 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation which seemed really long. The service employees were very friendly and helpful though.

When I called for the appt I asked for Friday afternoon. I was told my appt was 2 pm Friday. I did receive multiple text reminders about the appt that included the date ( but not day of week). I showed up for my appt on Friday only to be told my appt was for Saturday not Friday. I was upset but looking back at texts the date was Sat not Friday which I had not noticed. Normally I would never make an appt for a Saturday as I know people who work have to come then and you are probably less staffed and I am retired so I can come during the week. Anyway-I ended up having to wait a little over 2 1/2 hrs. I was not really happy about that.
