I was told over the phone by Kathy that my car was gonna take only an hour for a diagnostic. When I arrived, they told me it would take an hour and a half. An extra half an hour is understandable. Two hours later, I was wondering what was taking so long so I asked them and they told me that the car hadn't even been looked at yet and that it was gonna take another hour minimum because there was still a couple cars ahead of me. I asked for my keys back and never even got to have my vehicle checked because at that point I would have been there for over three hours. I even asked them on the phone if they needed me to just drop the car off or if I could wait and they told me to wait. I wasted my day and didn't even get anything checked. I mean come on, my vehicle is there for over two hours and they didn't even look at it? Yet you booked me an appointment and told me it would take an hour?

First time at Bev Smith Toyota Tori Lundy met me with a smile introduced herself told me about the dealership listen to the needs I had about my vehicle called me with updates and pricing updates and further things that needed to be done with my truck. She was completely professional and an incredible employee. Also thank you to Ted Allender Great shuttle driver when I told him I was new to Port St Lucie He pointed some things out and gave me some great tips. I was at Bev Smith Toyota for just an oil change. I arrived at my appointment for 11 am and never left there until almost 2 pm. Anthony was apologetic, but I think almost 3 hours for an oil change was a little much!!

I did not drop off my car and everyone assumed I did therefore I was there from 1:30pm until 5 Worst customer service ever ! Prices too high a front wheel alignment is usually between 65 and 100 they did not tell me prices before they began the work And charged me an extra 112.90 for an oil and maintenance check I will not be returning to the dealership for any more maintenance work I can find much better service and better prices elsewhere Julie Munne

Heaven was great I was very disappointed about the way the Service dept handled my repair I Asked about closing my sunshade also and got a not possible answer I did it in less than an hour when I got home But they didn’t have any problem with charging me $120 for pushing a sunshade switch

The parking and moving around your parking lot is terrible. I was dropped off and to maneuver your vehicle in your parking lot is a nightmare. Your employees park by the service tent and yesterday it was a large truck which impeded movement and views. I have visited 3 Toyota dealerships and by far this was the worse , not adequate waiting facilities or room, overall it was a terrible experience.
