I asked them to remove my phone number because I am in WI and being charged for your text messages. Receptionist said she removed me but 2 weeks later and I’m still getting daily text messages

I had no problem with the work that was done and Caitlyn was exceptional. The fact that it takes an hour and a half for an oil change though is unacceptable. I was early so I sat for 2 hours in the wait area and that was with an appointment.
