In order to have a wheel repaired I have to place a spare on my car for 2-3 days which is just impossible as just driving home on the spare and back to the dealership exceeds the distance you should drive on the spare. This makes the warranty virtually useless. The spare tire is not meant to be used in place of a regular tire. Cory answered my questions and got the wheel rotation completed as requested as it wasn't done on the initial maintinence despite. Cory was nice enough to request a rental to see if that would be covered while the wheel is repaired.

Made appointment for oil change and tire rotation. When I got to your service line writer said will take it right in. When he said it was ready to go it was raining hard handed me a invoice and I left. When I got home in Vero Beach after dinner I looked at the invoice. Oil change was the only thing done. I just wish people would NOT adjust the angle of my seat. My back is broken in two places. I can't have the seat angle adjusted. I am not joking when I request that. Both times when I've had my car serviced in your shop the angle has been adjusted.

It seemed a bit disorganized today and took over 2 hours for an oil change that was scheduled at 1:30. In the past there has always been a couple of young women there who kept things organized and kept customers updated. Today they were a lot of men running every direction and yelling a lot. I had one update at three. Then they told me the car was done and it was not detailed yet and we set outside in heat. On the plus side car was very clean and actual service done seems good

It took them longer than expected. I also had to wait 30 minutes for the service person to print out my paperwork. Of which they left my car running! I had recall work done & owed nothing. Overall, poor as usual! So many workers but none can help you get your car in & our! If I did not have to go to get service done, I would not!
