The wait time was horrendous even with an appointment. He never came and talked to me about what was going on with my car, but he did eventually come and explain some of what was going with the air conditioner that was the reason for my visit.

It's not just fault, but I had a key fob issue. If it got wet it was from falling in a puddle. Out of all the car ket fobs I've had. This is the first one that went bad from being dropped in a puddle. And $400+ to replace what a dozen other fobs have survived makes me wonder about should I buy a kia sgain.
