Today only in a long time I actually felt that someone listened to what was wrong with my tires and took time to look and put my mind to rest that it will be fixed the right way. I was told my vehicle was ready for pick up. The AC issue was resolved, said so in the report handed to me. It said “the AC is blowing cold air”, which was BS. After driving off my car still blew out hot air & was not indeed fixed. After asking to speak to a supervisor I was told a part was ordered and I’d have to come back. When was this going to be this information? Why lie? I brought my son who had seizures in this heat wave to pick up my car I thought had a working AC, when i could have safely left him home. Unprofessional! Lack of communication! I have no problem waiting for the part, but communicate that to me!

Seth and Tim tried very hard to fix the problem .. but after picking up my car today it still is iffy , it remains to be seen as I drive on longer trips, which was the original problem with the release of the key , but again Seth and Service Manager Tim couldn’t have been nicer !
