We have nothing but the highest regards, specially with Angels Malave, for the expeditious handling of our visit to Bev Smith’s service department. But all the employees we came in contact with were so professional, helpful and so nice. We left with a smile cause they made us feel special and that it mattered as to the treatment we received. Catilin is phenomenal and her customer service has always been phenomenal. I have an issue with the techs that doesn’t seem to care about the due diligence of disceeting an issue the customer is experiencing. They’re quick to say nothing is wrong when something is wrong causing problems for money to be paid out while things are still under warranty to be fixed at hand.
