It was my first oil change on my 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid and I brought up one issue , your service team checked into it and couldn’t find a problem, but Fred said if it happens again to bring the cat back in. Problem was a message came up on the cars screen that said Rotary Shift nob was stuck.

I also appreciated your sales advisor Cameron. He was very polite and sat with me to chat while I waited for my vehicle. He did try to get me to look at a 2025 K5 and he was very polite when I declined. He still continued to chat a little bit more.
