Understaffed! I was told My car was ready, I'll check you out in a couple minutes. My car sat ready to be checked out for 30 mins. Jamie was running all over the place trying to handle multiple customers and jobs at once. Had to ask someone else to check out.
Car wash service is a joke, they said the car was "washed". I understand it's not a Lexus dealership but come on. If you're gonna clean someone's car, actually clean it.
