What I found was crazy how you guys charge almost 600 for tires and wanted to alignment. And on the other place I took them they said my pool to the right had nothing to do with alignment :!
But the customer service was amazing just dissapoimted with the diagnose of the vehicle and the crazy prices

The only thing I do not understand is,when I purchased the car I was thought that the car was undera service warrenty. I received a call to bring the car in. Then when I get there I am told it will cost me a over hundred dollars. That was a suprise.

I was pleased with my visit to Bev Smith Kia. Upon arrival, I was met with a friendly attendant who prepared my car by checking the fluids and asking if I would like a carwash.
My service technician, Pablo was very thorough in his listing my needs. He also answered my questions about some idiosyncrasies that were new to me with this, my first EV.
Because of the time involved in the software update, I received a ride home and then a return pickup several hours later. My visit was a satisfactory experience.
