Andy was professional, courteous and communicated with me to get answers to all my questions. When he was unable to answer my navigation update question, he brought Jim out to my car. Jim took care of that while Andy took care of wheel alignment check which required alignment service. I was on my way back to Redlands in about an hour. Thanks guys!

My tire light was on, I told the service tech that the tires were low so I'd hope that they would had filled up the tires, they did not. I was there for a passenger air bag recall. Overall I was happy.
