Maria Navarro provided an excellent customer service. She paid attention to my car problems. She provided recommendations to fix the problem and also recommended other service options. In addition, she updated me with the progress time of the whole service. Service took a while, but it's expected considering there's major brake service and airbag recall.

I had initially called and scheduled an appointment for my oil change. I have maintance agreement with honda of al hambra where my oil changes are free. But i had received a certificate in the mail stating i had a credit of 41 on my next service visit for rock honda so i thought to take my veh here since it would save me the drive.When i scheduled the apt i explained to the lady what i had received in the mail. I specifically asked her if i could use it twds my oil change because if i wasnt i would just go to al hambra, the lady said yes just to take my certificate with me. I get to my apt and my service advisor tellls me i cant use it. I was very upset they misinformed me over the phone. I now had to spend 62 for an oil change. If i would of known this i would have just token my car to Alhambra and use my maintance plan.Due to the asvisor not wanting to help me in any way as far as even attempting to reach out to a manager to see how they can assist since i was misinformed i will not return to this service department.i will take my service elsewhere.
