Adriana is a star employee, definitely one that Rock Honda should retain, value, and reward for her EXCELLENT customer service. It was extremely busy when I arrived at the service center for my 9:30 AM appointment, but Adriana managed my entire experience, from check-in to paying the cashier, as if I was the only customer there. Adriana is an awesome representative for Rock Honda, she exudes professionalism and sincerity.
