Happy with service. I was disappointed that my car didn’t get washed. I have 2 Honda’s and this was the 1st time my car didn’t get washed.

To start off. I would Highly recommend Rock Honda due to the service Michelle Camacho gave. Talking to her felt like been home, you felt safe leaving your car in good hands, she provided exactly every information i needed to know for my vehicle with a great and respectful manner, such as my brakes been replaced, near future repairs etc. I can definitely say i will keep bringing my car to Rock honda.

Eduardo has great people skills He has great customer service. He recognized me immediately and after he finished with his customer he came over and spoke to me . Awesome gentleman. However.... while I was sitting there in the service area I noticed 3 different incidents. 1. I would assume it was the floor manager of the show room. Was very upset that the courtesy van was parked in an entrance. He walked around the show room to the service area to look for the driver. 2. One of the service reps was upset about something his face and his hand gesture completely showed that something or someone pissed him off .fyi he was not with a customer. 3. Came back to pick my car up and one of the service lady helped me but asked the person who is next to Mr. Flores desk where was he . He made a statement that he is on his way back . So that means he is in the bathroom. ....... So I say this because everyone has their day and may not realize that they are ON SHOW as long as you are in a customer service field.
Just providing what I observed. Once again Eduardo was great !
