I had an issue where I was going to have to pay a diagnostic fee but was told I would have to go where I purchased vehicle for the warranty to be covered in replacing my alternater. When I went to pay I was greeted by Andy who took the initiative to let me know that there were options. He went out of his way and called the dealeship to try and get approval to have my vehicle serviced there,at rock Honda. He was not successful in reaching anyone at moss bros Honda
He then left a note explaining the situation for the person who originally assisted me. He Told Me To Not Pay And COME BACK The Next Day so that We could try and get this matter resolved.. The,service manager (ruben) called and got authorization which helped me immensely. I was now not out 150.00 diagnostic fee, this dealership is close to my work so it's convenient and I go here for the awesome customer service each and every time. Andy really went out of his way for me and I will be a loyal customer and recommend them to others. My Co Co workers were simply amazed because they knew of the,situation. Believe me good or bad... people talk and news,travels very quickly. Thank you so so very much to Andy for everything. Thanks
