The price is ridiculous. WIN Hyundai never charged me more than $50 for a BASIC oil change and tire rotation, And you guys have doubled that. Then to add insult to injury, you don't even do a basic rinse, wipedown, & vacuum of the car. The people are nice but your prices and services are not. If you're going to double prices, at least offer a better deal than the low end guys

Veterans Beware!! My car recieved a recall notice for the Takata air bag defect. I called the day before to ensure that I would be able to get shuttle service promptly in order to return to work in a timely manner. I dropped my car off on the day before Veterans day which is the Marine Corp birthday this year proudly wearing a veteran t-shirt at my scheduled appt time. As I checked in I informed the service writer ( Andy) that I needed shuttle service asap. He placed me on the list. As I sat and waited I noticed the shuttles going in and out and the driver's checking the list as they picked up customers. About an hour later I was still waiting and finally went over to check the list. I found that someone crossed my name off the list and wrote (do not do). I questioned Andy and he said "you didn't answer when they called you" I told him I had been waiting in the waiting area as he told me too and no one ever called me.. Andy went out and questioned the driver and they argued a bit. Then he came back in and told me (maybe you can get a ride in 15 to 20 minutes). This angered me because I over heard the argument between him and the driver. At this point I told Andy that I wanted my car pulled out of the shop and returned to me....At this point I seen the Service Manager and went over to talk to him. I explained to him all of the above issues and he investigated it immediatly... He came back and informed me that someone told the driver "To NOT give me a RIDE" and that the person wasn't even the driver's boss!! He arranged for me to get shuttle service within 4 minutes. And let me tell you it was the most awkward ride home...I guess I shouldn't have PROUDLY worn a VETERANS shirt to ROCK HONDA!! Someone obviously does not support UNITED STATES VETERANS at ROCK HONDA especially on VETERANS day weekend....I will never take my car to Rock Honda again and I will Never purchase another vehicle from them. The men and women of the armed forces retired, active, or reserve....do not deserve to be treated this way by the NOT so helpful Honda people... Michael N
