I like the video inspection and the fact that I was updated on my vehicles progress...The only complaint would be the difficulty in reaching the repesentetive by phone when needed. Otherwise good service. Thank you

I think that they could of done a courtesy car wash on my car especially being that I had to get my car towed to the dealership after getting my 1st oil change because it was leaking oil due to that oil change. They did change the oil but I would have appreciated a car wash. Also I think the staff in the service department could be friendlier, I say this because when I went to get my oil change once again as for myself I didn’t feel welcomed, I felt like a bother just getting brushed off from 1 person to the next till I got helped.
