Despite there being a coupon online, we were told we were originally charged far more than the coupon. Additionally, our advisor had the audacity to say she was giving us a “deal”. Again, another experience of dishonesty from Rock Honda. Next, the advisor stated they’d call at 12 to provide an update, yet never did. In fact, I had to call to get an update; it is noteworthy to say that I only dropped it off for an oil change, and diagnostic on the computer screen. Poor service. I’ll be keeping my business in Redlands. Most notably, because of the lying about the coupon issue, which has now happened twice.
