Arif is very welcoming and very nice. He makes sure everything is ok. His customer service is excellent.. I always make an appointment with him all the time because of his customer service ever since . He returns my call on time. Very accomodating.. Today, the change of tires was fast. I only waited less than 2 hours which is very good.. I live in Loma Linda and spreen honda is only a mile away from my house , but I always choose to go to Rock Honda because of a very good customer service you’re giving us and less expensive than the other one.. I got to the desk after getting my van service and he was on the phone. I don't mind waiting but he started making me initial the paper then showing me something and hand gesturing everything was ok. Very rude.
Was sent to our Car that was parked in the front without my car keys. Great.
Management needs to add more shuttle drivers during the peak hours. Waiting a little over an hour to be picked up at costco is beyond me. You shuttle service ****! Don't offer it if you don't have enough man power!
Lastly,
Got a call to see if i'm satisfied. Told her i wasn't.
Call got hung up. Didn't get a call back again! Great!
