Excellent service!! Eduardo was absolutely wonderful and extremely professional. I will continue getting my Honda serviced at Rock Honda so long as he is there. He gave me a complimentary car wash, as well as gave me a free oil change on my next visit because of another employees mistake. 10/10 would go again.

Everything was wonderful, except the van shuttle service. You were under staffed. I waited a half hour, leaving the dealership. After an hour and one half wait, my wife left work and brought me to the dealership. That certainly is not the service I expect from Rock Honda. I was told it was a staffing issue. That explanation might satisfy you, it doesn’t make me feel better. Please know the van drivers are great. My service agent was great. My car runs great. Too bad the van shuttle was awful.

And he did a great job from start to end. He met me at my car and walked me through on the recommendations for the services I needed. He kept me updated on where the car was and how much longer it would be done. Offered me a bottle of water right away. And then made sure I got a complimentary car wash at the end since I had a rather large service done that day. Very customer-friendly oriented guy. My experience was great from the beginning.

When l got home to check under the hood to make sure the work was done that l paid for and it was not done! Part of the service l paid for included topping off all the fluids and when l checked they were all low!!!
That’s ridiculous and l wonder what else they did not do for what l paid for.
And if it’s lazy employees then fire them because this will ruin your dealership reputation in a heartbeat and could cause it to close down and that would be very bad all because of lazy employees.
