Iris did a great job. The fact that your shuttle service you "provide" for customer's continues to be an embarrassment for your hard working service professionals is a crying shame. You will be losing a customer because of the consitantly terrible amount of time we have to wait on your shuttles. You do not have enough vehicles and then you do not staff the ones you have. I paid $145 to diagnose a sliding door problem and the diagnosed it but did not provide any picture of the failing parts or diagram. I had to ask for the pet number of the defective part.
Also, annoyed that you guys still don’t do car washes even thought you sent me a flyer saying you were doing car washes again???
I will try a different Honda dealer next time.
