Yes,Luis and his whole team went above and beyond during my experience. They had a shuttle service car take me to Kaiser to pick up my medications which I needed,while my car was getting the alarm system installed. When I initially purchased my Honda I was told by the sales rep that when I can to get my alarm system a shuttle service car was to take me where ever I needed to go while my car was being worked on. Luis also has his team vacuum my car before I left. This Honda location is one of the best! I will send be coming back for anything I need and will def recommend my family and friends to this specific location! Thank you!!

Coming from someone who has been in the automotive industry for over 11 years, with expertise in customer service. Advisor Soemy needs to learn to address her customers with a bit more tac. She’s adrupt with her explanations and has a if we can’t find the issue there is no issue attitude and we all know that’s not how it works in a service department. I’d be afraid she’d loose business rather than promote! I think I’ll stick with Rufino from now on!
