The service was great. Everything I needed done was completed. The only concern I had was the wait time. I normally wait 45 minutes, but the service took an hour and a half. This was done during the week. I'd understand that long of a wait on a weekend.

Took vehicle in to have battery replaced this afternoon at 2:40 P.M. Battery was replaced and I went home. Opened engine hood at approximately 7:20 P.M. and see that there appears to be a missing shroud/insulator that wraps around the battery like technician forgot to install it! I called Rock Honda and was told that all service personnel have left and to call back tomorrow.
