I needed to be at work by 2:45. The technician said the replacement would take no more than 2 hours and asked if I would have enough time to get to work if it was completed in an hour. I said that would be fine. The service took 3 hours. I was told that it would be completed by 2 hour if I got there at 1. I would have gotten the replacement done another day if I knew it would take that long. It is incredibly inconvenient when what we agreed with is not followed through. I was not given updates about the replacement. It is very unfortunate that this is the second time I have been disappointed with Rock Honda. I may have to go elsewhere.
