My overall experience was great. It was my first time getting an oil change on that specific car and from start to end it was a smooth process. Soemy Sanchez was very sweet with great customer service and the car maintenance was very quick overall. Very pleased with my visit to the Fontana Honda location.

It was recommended that I do a rehose which was unnecessary. I was told that it should have been performed at 100K however when I had the major service it was not performed. I was to return on Wednesday after the parts were ordered. I realize the service adviser is trying to sell it as a recommendation but as a Honda loyal customer I should not be asked to pay for services that are not necessary. I will be trading in my vehicle in the next 6 months and will be buying a Toyota Camry. I spent over 3K last year in services and now wonder if they were necessary or just a sales commission.. very unhappy

I used your services to wash and detail my car today. After I paid and inspected my vehicle i noticed that the service was awful. When I spoke with the lady that took my keys and took my info I specifically asked for them to vacuum out my empty trunk and wipe down the inside. My trunk was still filthy and look the same as it was when I dropped my vehicle off. My inside windows were not wiped down nor was my center consul. I basically paid you guys to do what I could do at home. I then had to go home and vacuum out my trunk and my seats after paying you guys I will no longer be coming to you guys for those services. Thank you.

I ask the service adviserhim to give me quotes in paper for the package for the 100,000 miles for my car and I did not get them, he only told me. My car need it brakes and he did not bother to say if I wanted to. Replace them specially when they are in your color coded red, which I think that red means is not safe to drive. So how satisfied am I you ask? not 100%

Andy Flores was extremely helpful and courteous. I arrived and he quickly assisted me in less than a minute, took me inside and started the paperwork process, walked me through on what was going to be worked on in specifics for my request and he took care of my car needs really well that I even forgot i came in for servicing and Andy made it feel like I’ve been there before, despite it being my first time. I believe Andy took care of my visit excellently and I’m sure he takes care of his customers just as great! Honda is Lucky to have a hard working individual that represents Honda professionally! Management needs to give this guy a raise period!
