I believe that Iris is an amazing part of the Rock Honda Team! It was my first time having her as a Service Advisor and her approach to me was extremely polite and helpful. She asked permission if she could open the door and if she could reach inside to grab the paperwork on the dash, which I appreciate a lot. She continued to ask me about what brought me in and how my day was going. When we were inside at the desk, she really made a personal connection with myself and didn't just see me as "another customer for service". She went over what services I had requested and went over the charges in a very understanding manner (not rushing over it). She gave me a realistic approximate of when my car would be done with its service. After paying and getting the keys, she took the time to go over the inspection report and told me that I need to change the cabin air filter and that everything else checked out well. In the end, she cheerfully told me that if I needed service to come back and see her. I LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK NEXT FOR MY MOTHER'S HONDA ACCORD SERVICE, SHE REACENTLY PURCHASED. ROCK HONDA, YOU HAVE A GREAT EXAMPLE OF WHAT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE AT YOUR DEALERSHIP!! - ONE HAPPY HONDA CUSTOMER
