I wasn't allowed to use my 47.06 certificate due to the things that they said that were due to be done such as throdle fuel inject, cleaning fuel conditioner filters were not on the list I needed a oil change ect.

I took my car for service and since it was gonna take 4hrs, they give me a ride home but when they call me that my car was ready I request the transportation services and the transportation never arrived. After 2hrs that the transportation never arrived I called the dealer they try to connect me to the person that help me and he never answer, I called twice. I had to call a friend to get a ride.
When I requested my $945 services I request a carwash that I was going to pay for and the agent the attended me said to not worry that it was going to be free for all the services that I was doing and they did not do any cleaning to my vehicle. After a year and a half today was the worst customer service day.
