Ruffino was very friendly, explained things well over all it was a good experience with him.
However when my car was delivered to me there was empty food wrappers from Panera in the front of my car. Leaves me wondering if my car was used at someone's lunch break, are in my car and did not bother to erase tell tale evidence.
Not what I would of hoped for in leaving my car on Rock Hondas care, while incurring a $640.00 service bill.

Eduardo was amazing he made my experience with service amazing. Thanks to him he turned my frown upside down. He made me smile, with his awesome customer service skills. He made sure I wouldn't have to worry about anything. He also made sure I had a vehicle while mines was getting serviced. Despite the ups and downs my insurance company put him and me through he still managed to make sure everything was okay. I appreciate Honda for working with me and my unexpected car break in.
