Well i was waiting what seemed like forever for the shuttle to take me home while i got service done on my car. I was told its take a an hour for the service and then a lil moretime after i said i wanted a wash. I was waitin for way to long but the guy who actually drive me was really nice so it made up for the wait. But then they didnt honor the 15% off all services with the key chain i have for the service i paid for. I did get a free wash card for my next visit. Then the car wouldnt start when i picked up my car, they had go jump it. Then when i really inspect my car to see if its clean i see the back of the car isnt even cleaned all the way. I paid for a wash and it wasnt even done correctly. Water spots all on the trunk and back bumper. If saw it while i was at the dealer i would have said something but didnt notice it. Ive left there happier before and this time i just left annoyed. Like i went on the wrong day or something
