Despite of having an appointment, I was standing waiting for somebody to check me in but passing like a ghost by the staff. I had to ask to be attended, but it took 3 people to finally fill the paperwork. The service took 2 hours, I had to ask my son to pick me up. I specifically requested to please vacuum the sand spilled in the trunk... The check out was a circus, lasted more than 30 minutes, nobody knew where the paperwork was, the trunk was not vacuum. Worse service ever!!
