The service was great. Although as a prestige company all services should come with a free car wash and not offered for a price. When I owned a Toyota and I brought it for service. They make sure the car that I purchased from them leaves clean as part of being a loyal costumer. They want to make sure that all cars brand new or used or for a service leaves the dealer as if it was brand new.

I recently bought this vehicle to be exact 4 days my experience with Rock Honda is not good for me a certified vehicle should not have problems the 4th day , but the manager at the service department helped me even though my service advisor Luis was not understanding my situation buying a certified vehicle on the 4th day should not have had 4 codes and and it needed an alignment Why would Honda knowingly sell me a car that was to me A lemon in my eyes it's a lemon lies about the vehicle being certified !! I missed work due to this car malfunctioning on the freeway so as of right now I'm a little satisfied that Honda made the repairs at no cost to me and provided me a rental but as far as going back to buy a certified vehicle! I don't think I will Hopefully I don't have anymore issues with this vehicle thanks for making it right but as far as being honest no I don't see Honda as honest because if I would have known this car was going to have all these problems I wouldn't have bought it
