I brought my car in to have oil change and had to get alignment for which I paid for and was promised a car wash and didn’t receive it. After I picked my car up and drove around my smart entry stoped working and I called rock Honda at 3:10 and they said they couldn’t see me today. I’m not happy at all with the service and now something is wrong with my car so really not satisfied

When I Called to check on my car I had to call back three times because each time I called I asked for Luis Sarano and was hold for more than five minutes. There was a hanger on my front tire when driving off the lot I heard something on my tire. I pull it out, lucky it didn’t get Flat. Also their was no inspection done on my car. The inspection sheet was bank. Also when waiting for Luis he called George and walk off. While waiting another Service Advisor helped me the paper was at Luis desk he took me to parts area to pay for my car. I just hope nothing goes wrong with my car now. Should pay better Attention to customers. Please don’t call me.
