Your rep insisted that the seatbelt in our 2018 Pilot was cut by someone.
I explained the belt has been used no more than a dozen times since last July when the car was purchased. Only our grandchildren aged 4-8 have used the seatbelt.
$100 for the seat belt & $500 for labor. Outrageous price for a faulty seatbelt.
I also had to wait for over 1/2 hour for the service rep to return so I could tell him my decision about paying $600 to fix a seatbelt.
I believe this faulty seatbelt should be under warranty.

Eduardo stated Honda’s typically get realignment service every 12,000 miles. He also stated every 30,000 miles needs a transmission flush and other expensive sevices. You all need to settle in on the lies you’re telling. I personally know this is not true. I have done my fair share of research and know for Honda’s typically need transmission flushes every 50,000 + miles. Realignment is only when you need it done. Regardless of that, let’s say what he said was true. How come not a single person told me this before from your service department? This is the second vehicle I have leased with you guys. This one currently has 31,000 miles. And the onne previous was at 38,000 miles. So nobody told me this during my last lease and nobody told me about the realignment for the 12,000 mile mark that I hit with this car. It makes your entire department look stupid as hell. As for me, I’m never getting serviced there again. I only go there because I purchase the service package which is a complete scam if you do the math. Nothing is even covered on the car except oil and tire rotations? No filters or anything? If you do the math I actually paid more to get my car serviced than I would have. You guys really need to work on ethics. It’s pretty sad really.

I was told 2 different things about a recall when I came in for a oil change so 2 hours went to 7or 8 hours to fix it so I did not have it done because I didn’t have enough time and then when I asked to have the alarm checked I was told that the only one that could check it was not there today so I would need to schedule that also. That is ridiculous that there is no one else that works there could check the alarm. I live a hour away and it is hard to come that far that often.

I brought my vehicle into the dealer I purchased it from for its first oil change this weekend (Rock Honda, Service Manager Rufino Salinas). While I was there he stated the rear alignment was off and offered to charge me $99 to fix it. I declined. Today I read in my warranty manual "Wheel balancing and wheel
alignment are covered for the first
year or 12,000 miles"
