Honda rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regardling my civic. He stayed in constant contact, informing me through text about my car. Aside from being helpful and knowledgeable Mr. Flores was very polite and friendly, easy to conversate with. I don’t like to bring my car for service since I can handle regular maintenance and because of previous bad experiences with certain Honda reps. However, again Mr. Flores changed my viewpoint about this personal opinion. If I ever need to come back I’d most likely ask for him again . Overall excellent service all around from Honda rep and mechanic work .
