I had a terrible experience on 04/10/19. I was on a tight schedule and Upon arrival was given the wrong estimated time. I can be understanding if it was an hour off but unfortunately the service team promised 12pm when my car wasn’t ready for pick up until 4pm. I had to miss work, and my son missed class due to the fact it took so long to pick him up when the car was finished. He even had to ask a Neighbor to take him to rock Honda. I would have gladly Reschedule for another day if the service advisor was up front. Secondly, when I called about any updates on my vehicle I kept (getting the run around) about any progress on my car. At first it had a small leak to keep the AC from getting cold. Then the service team couldn’t detect anything. Overall, very disappointed.
