While a was satisfied with my current service, I was completely confused on my service contract. There was a problem with my premium service.. it is supposed to cover the lifetime of my lease and pleas note I am under my mileage.. it has already kicked me out of the system. I had to go to finance to straighten this out !!! It is part of my deal and I pay a extremely expensive lease for it !!!
