I came in for an oil change and alignment ,was told it would be a little over and hour and an hour later they had not even started and was told there would not be enough time for an alignment. It them took another 45 min for them to do the oil change. Most likely will not be returning for any service due to the extremely long wait times and fact that I didn’t even get my alignment. So I left still needing service. Also the price is about 40% higher than non dealership service.
Service rep was very polite but I’m still disappointed in the time I invested and didn’t get the service done. This was my first time going here and defiantly let down, bad first impression of Honda Service department and I’m actually embarrassed that I referred friends here.

Omg, I have since retired from a customer service based industry for over 40 years. I trained service tech’s as well as retail store employees as well. Needless to say I know good customer service and the employees at ROCK HONDA like Amanda Koop and Ivonne Madranos went over and above there job description. Truly world class service. So much so I traded the car I had serviced that day for a new one. I great to see employees that enjoy what they do as well as knowing their job without forgetting what’s important. Great customer service.
