When I arrived I told the representative what I was there for and she wrote it down. Once I had to go inside and see another representative I told him again.. he told me what I would receive and how much it was. Felt like I had no option and it was determined for me. He passed me on to Shafiq. It took long than promised and I had to ask Shafiq were certain things completed. Which they were not.
