We drive 45 mins away from our local Honda dealer service to come to Rock Honda because of the better service. However we just noticed that prices have increased a lot for things like lifetime alignment, etc. Victorville doesn’t offer that deal so there’s a dilemma. Still love the service, parts, and finance guy though.

Additional Wait time could have been avoided if everything was ready by time I got in to pick up my vehicle.
Needed to wait for andy to check my vehicle was ready. Even after me calling and being informed it was ready.
Needed to call because I was not notified by txt even after an hour passed after the expected time, which I was told will get txt messages when it’s ready for pick up.
Needed to wait for representatives to walk me to cashier.
Wait time could have been better if.
1. Service was done in time.
2. Was informed as was intended.
3. Just needed to go to cashier once ready to pick up the car.
Andy was prompt in seeing me even as a walk in.
The experience could have been perfect.
