I did not like the service I received picking the vehicle up , my advisor was great however other team members affected my experience. No one works as a team and very rude when picking up the phone I am greeted with who can I transfer you with , almost as if they can’t assist with a simple question maybe a good morning how can I help you would be preferred. An employee interrupted my phone call as I was showing up to pick up my vehicle and I let him know just a moment while I hang up and he replied with “no I can help you we are getting ready to close” “we close at 3”. Being rushed caused me to leave my name badge in vehicle , Which caused me to drive back and wait 30 minute to get my name badge out of vehicle loner car. Overall the service could have been better. We trust these team members and pay extra to receive better service.

When I first got there the young lady that approached me seemed to not want to be there, I then waited about 10 minutes to get anyone to help me out. When I finally got helped it felt rushed and unwelcome. When we walked inside it was disappointing to see varies employees relaxing at their stations yet it took some time to get any help.
