Rock Honda, Fontana First, I'd like to apologize that it's taken me this long to write this feedback – b/w holidays, traveling & a lot more – this is the soonest I've been able to properly address this. Service-performed: Throttle-body & fuel-injector, intermediate service (15,000-mi.-interval), oil + filter, drain-plug gasket, air-filter, in-cabin filter, lifetime-alignment, ball-joint boots, tie-rod end boots, coolant exchange Rufino greeted me immediately & got me checked-in (as soon as I pulled-up – excellent service; I never had to wait), kept informed throughout/excellent (timely – updates, etc.) communication, throughly explained every-step in the process. Rufino was very professional, genuine, attentive to details, kind, had a great attitude & never rushed me – he answered all my questions (even generating online schemes/diagrams of the service that had been done so I could better understand). Rufino offered that I could go back briefly next-time to the shop where the service is being performed to have a better understanding of what is taking place – I definitely appreciated that. Rufino applied discounts to my total-price (which, I'm thankful for – especially during tough financial times). The service was very expeditious – which, I appreciated as I was briefly visiting family I rarely see – as long as the quality of service is never sacrificed (quality > quantity – in anything in life). Rufino (from his actions), made me feel like a very valued/welcomed customer – one of the major reasons I've always gotten most of my services done w/Rock Honda, Fontana (when feasible – location- & financial-wise for me). What I was most thankful for was: The service technician noticed (I believe during the multi-point inspection that one of my aftermarket KYB shock's – installed at a different Honda dealership – were leaking oil). I contacted the dealership that they were installed w/(not Rock Honda), & found that they were still under warranty – & subsequently, got that shock replaced (covered under the warranty). Very blessed by the thoroughness/attention-to-detail of the technician that worked on my vehicle – & him going above-&-beyond, to inform me as to such (as I otherwise wouldn't have know) – genuine THANK YOU (please make sure whatever technician that worked on my car gets a thank-you & recognition for that – work-ethic I'm sure that is performed day-in, day-out – & maybe at-times, unnoticed – that deserves recognition). Upon my request, Rufino immediately generated a battery-test report for me. Thank you, Rufino – blessings to you Only 'negative' I can say from this entire-experience is the total-price was very difficult for me to afford (been a very loyal customer throughout the years – & even came to this dealership over ones up north where I now live – during a time when I was briefly visiting family) – COVID-19 has me in some tough financial-times.
