Waited 20 minutes in the car for a worker to finally help us. The man told me I needed to have an appointment but said he would do it this one time. Then we waited over an hour all for them to change my battery. I go to the spreen honda and it's usually very fast service and a much better customer service experience. They can improve a lot on speed of service and friendlier services.
