My main complaint is regarding making an appointment. We made appointments to have the cars serviced. Had to wait almost 45 minutes just to get the keys taken and the car processed. When I asked the guy who was taking the keys what the point of making an appointment was, he just replied that they would get it down.

I set an appointment for my oil change at 8 the promised time was 10 but i didn't get my vehicle until 11. So i was unsatisfied with a promise that wasn't keep. Then right when i drove off my tire light came on. So now i have to go back. It was just all unprofessional in my opinion.
