Trey aas pleasant and professional. I wasn't satisfied because my car had a safety recall that wasn't addressed and I have to come back again for another visit. An oil change and state inspection took +2 hours despite booking the appointment very early

Poor customer service. Unable to call without leaving a voicemail. Calls were not returned unless threatened to speak with a manager. Texts were not responded to either without a similar threat.

It took a week to get a hold of service advisor to get status on a part. I was originally told the part was going to take a day to get. I heard nothing so I tried to call multiple times. Even called the front desk and they told me they would get service to call me back. Nothing. I've asked multiple times to get my seat fixed. Told multiple times I that I would get an estimate. Not a word.

I was very disappointed at the time it took. I appreciated the loaner, however, I should have had my car back months ago. Because of delays, you've all been messing around since last September. My car sounds like it's about ready to fall apart. It purred like a kitten before and now it sound like things are bouncing around inside. I first thought I had a flat tire. But, No, it's coming from the inside, under the hood. I'm not sure if I'm happy or sad. I actually can't wait to get rid of my KIA. Months ago I tried to contact the service manager, but NO, she didn't want to get involved. I even tried talking to the General Manager, but, of course, he wasn't available either, nor available anytime I came in or called. Sorry, but I'd rather not deal with Central KIA again. You asked! Have a nice day!
