I was there for 3 hours and more for a simple oil change. I made an appointment as well. You showed no respect for my time. I am very disappointed in the service

Had an exterior rear light out. I had to ask a stranger, coming in for service, if he could tell me I’d the rear light we’re working before leaving the dealership. Had to wait way to long between settling my bill and actually getting the keys to the car. Also, my address on the invoice as well as my email address we’re wrong. However the 2 mail promotion pieces I got had the correct address. Just saying you need to update your records.

Sat for an hour for a scheduled service to be told my car was not going to be maintenance on last Saturday. My car SAT for an HOUR! I was asked to reschedule and my only time to take care of this is on a Saturday. This was a waste of my time. No discount or free service provider if I were to return. Just disappointed and will never do service here again.

And after working with him this one time, I would be content if he the only one In the little cube office every time I go in.
