My car is still in fact broken. Same issues after picked up. It was in the shop for two weeks. And I was told to come pick it up everything fixed. Nothing was fixed. I was stranded on the side of the highway due to kias service’s. This is unacceptable.

Hire additional staff to call owners about their vehicle status.
If the repair queue is too long, just say so that it will be a while before they can get to it.
Have a better sitting area for dropping off the vehicle.
Don't make repairs without the approval of the owner.
