Truck sat at the dealership for three days and was not looked at. Service Writer stated that no problem was discovered but the brake pedal popping was not fixed. Truck was parked in the back of the lot where it was put when I dropped it off on Monday morning. Will not be back.

The service was great. However I was not appreciative of the fact I’d called to schedule an appointment for my oil change - and was told appointments can’t be taken for oil changes. Yet, when I arrived to get my oil changed I was asked if I had an appointment. Either you schedule appointments or you don’t - across the board. Not okay to have employees who are dishonest with loyal customers.

Had appointment at 10am for oil change and tire rotation for new truck and it took 2 hours and 15 min. Never waited this long anywhere very disappointed then they couldn’t find the keys to the truck after it was done.
