Alexandria Hagler Was on her cell phone she wasn’t very happy that she had to get off her phone. Her demeanor wasn’t professional she asked what I wanted I told her an oil change. She said there wasn’t any openings. I looked around there was only one truck on the lift. I told her I bought this truck here and I needed an oil change. I’m 6 hours away from here. She said you can go to any dealership to get an oil change. I said there’s still 3 hours until closing so there’s no opening? She told me there’s a long wait I said I can wait. Then I told her my wheel sensor kept telling me my tires were low but I have max air in the tires can you reset them for me. She said yes and that never got fixed.

I had an appt for an oil change which was completed quickly and the young man who took my key was friendly. Thank you for that. The employees working the desks in the front office obviously don't enjoy their jobs. They were not friendly nor did I see them smile -- at anyone! I asked a couple of questions and received curt answers. No one wants to be treated as if you don't matter to your business.

I have always come to you all for service but when I had my appointment to bring my car in on 8-16, I thought we were going to get started, finding out what was wrong, then going forward. Then finally I find out that yesterday, 8-22 was when you were going to start work on it. Well, I had no car. I had to rent a car. I can’t do that forever! I had 2 doctor appointments yesterday, then I dropped it off. $362. I cannot afford all this! My grandson is helping me. Now My car is down! I don’t know what happened to it! I dont drive it far! I will still use you all - that’s where I got my car!

Did an excellent job keeping me informes of status of repair and working with extended warranty folks for me. Technicians took the time to find the hard to detect leak in the AC system as well.
